As the sun goes down, we'll step into a warm, candlelit canopy and move through a slow restorative Pilates flow surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Ocean waves. Rainforest. Birds. Candlelight. Deep stretches. Slow movement. Stillness. Outdoor wellness retreat meets Pilates studio under the moonlight.
Our restorative Pilates flow will move through gentle strengthening, mobility, stretching and deep release, accompanied by an immersive soundscape of wild nature.Then, we will finish with a few quiet moments of stillness around the candlelight and a warm drink.
