Bring movement and mindfulness to your team with a visit for a corporate wellness treat. My corporate offerings are designed to boost individuals' wellbeing, focus, and team connection — leaving attendees feeling energised, balanced, and motivated. Movement & Energy Sessions include: - Wellness Hour: Pilates & Meditation – Reconnect with your body and calm the mind. - Barre Fitness – Sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen with low-impact, high-burn moves. - Latin Aerobics – A feel-good dance workout that gets everyone smiling and moving. - Belly Dance – A creative, confidence-boosting way to move and have fun. - Stretch & Mobility Reset – Stretches to release tension and improve posture. Mindfulness & Recovery sessions include: - Guided Meditation – Find mental clarity and release stress through breath and stillness. - Desk Mindfulness – Simple techniques to help reset anytime, anywhere. Wellness Workshops include: (30–60 minutes — ideal for “Lunch & Learn” sessions) - Nutrition for Focus & Energy - Stress & Hormone Balance Support - Simple Nutrition for Busy Bodies - Sleep & Recovery 101 - Interactive Wellness Q&A All sessions can be tailored to your company’s space, schedule, and goals — whether you’re looking for a one-off wellness activation or an ongoing corporate wellbeing programme.


You may cancel your class booking up to 12 hours before the class start time to retain your credit and rebook another session. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will result in the loss of your credit and cannot be refunded. Drop-ins, class packs and memberships are non-refundable once purchased. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. You must have an active credit, class pack or membership at the time of attending. All participants must bring their own mat and water. Classes start promptly; late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons. All bookings require acceptance of the full Terms & Conditions. Picante Pilates reserves the right to update class schedules or policies and will notify clients of any significant changes. By completing your booking, you agree to all policy and consent terms above. By booking this session, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in Pilates and general exercise, and that you will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies or changes in your health before class. You understand that Pilates involves physical activity and that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your own health, safety and wellbeing during all sessions. Picante Pilates and its instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, aggravation of existing conditions, or health issues arising from participation, except where caused by negligence. You agree to seek medical advice if advised by a healthcare professional. Occasional photos or videos may be taken during classes for marketing or promotional use on Picante Pilates platforms, including social media, website or printed materials. By booking this class, you consent to this unless you notify the instructor before class. All media is used respectfully and in good faith. Personal data is handled securely and never shared with third parties without your consent.
